REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit. Each item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistakes.

We offer a returns period of 30 days from when the order is placed. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

  • Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
  • Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item/s back to us.
  • All returns are processed once received at our warehouse.
  • It is recommended that use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure safe return to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing the Order.

How do I return an item?

To submit a return request for store credit, please email us at support@araireboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s).

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Store credit will be issued for approved returns, provided the items comply with our Returns Policy.

What is eligible for return?

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unsealed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are defective or faulty.


All clothing must be tried on over underwear for hygiene.

Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer a returns period of 30 days from when the order is placed.

How long does it take to process my return?

All returns are processed at our warehouse. Once your return is received, processing time can take 10-12 business days. Please allow extra processing time during high volume periods.

Do I need to provide my own return label when making a return

You will be provided with our returns address, and will need to cover the cost of the return. Please take your return to the nearest shipping provider or postal office along with your own return label. 

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return the item to us for a store credit which you can use to place a new order.

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are defective or faulty.

Can I return a sale item?

We don't accept the return of sale items. All sale items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless defective or faulty.
(Please note 'sale items' are items under the sale section of our website).

What do I do if I have received a faulty item

If you think you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one ordered, please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible at support@araireboutique.com Please attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault. 

If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item for a refund, store credit, or a direct replacement.

Please note that Araire does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash or wear and tear.

When will I receive my store credit?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will begin processing it. This may take 5-7 business days. After processing, store credit will be added to your account, and you will receive an email with the details of your return.
